Product Description
The MNS-QP series potato and carrot peeling machine peels root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, celeriac and taro quickly and efficiently with a brush roller system, without damaging the product. Because a rotating brush structure is used instead of an abrasive surface, peel loss is minimised and product integrity is preserved. With 800, 1000 and 1500 mm roller options it offers capacities from 400 kg to 750 kg per hour, and integrated water spraying provides continuous washing during peeling. Its stainless steel body and wheeled chassis make it hygienic and easy to move.
